Our Foundations course is designed to teach you how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the regular Crossfit classes. This is a one-time required course comprised of a total of 9 classes occurring every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 3 weeks. They are purposely programmed in a specific order, each class building on the previous. There are both physical performance elements and nutrition information along the way. Whatever "success" means to you, we want to help you achieve it. So, while we understand "life happens" we ask that everyone do their best to make it to every class. Should you have to miss a class, please let us know so that we can get you the information you'll be missing.

We offer our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes Monday-Saturday. Check out our schedule here. These classes are programmed by CrossFit Nuketown's Director of Programming and are often referred to as the "WOD" or Workout of the Day. They last about one hour and are led by qualified, experienced coaches.
